The staff at the Hotel Finca Salamanca are very helpful and friendly, they make you feel very welcome from the moment you arrive. The staff will happily help you to make bookings or give you tips and ideas on places to visit and the best ways to get around the area. Nothing is too much trouble and the checking in and out processes are efficient and problem-free.

The free Wi-Fi at this hotel is only accessible in the reception area of the hotel and not in the guest rooms or restaurant. Guests feel that they would prefer to have access to the Wi-Fi throughout the hotel.

Guests have reported that the quality of the breakfast is quite poor, the selection available is lacking and the food is somewhat tasteless. Although this was an issue for some guests, many agreed that the other meal, especilly the supper menu, was deleicious.
