Wonderful Japanese hospitality!
Despite their struggle with the English language, most employees have rendered remarkable and outstanding assistance that was appreciated by the guests. They made an effort to provide assistance with directions, and were quick to respond to queries and special requests.
positive:

Negative Reviews
negative:
Typical small rooms
Due to the common design and layout of Japanese rooms, which was small and basic, most guests were quite uncomfortable for they couldn't open or fix their luggage properly. Guests who used to carry a lot of things had a hard time for the room space was quite restrictive.
negative:
Firm mattresses & uncomfortable pillows
Mattresses were too hard and firm while the pillows were too uncomfortable which felt like there were some straw inside them according to guests. They felt like they were sleeping on wood board or floors due to the poor quality material of the beds.
negative:
Surprisingly weak Wi-Fi connection
Guests had issues with the poor Internet within the rooms. Most guests were disconnected and had troubles reconnecting to the server. There was no signal inside the rooms so they had no choice but to go to the lobby, which was inconvenient for people who were on a business trip and needed Internet for work.
