Roundstone Mountain Biking & Game Lodge is situated in the beautiful Sterkrivier Valley at the foot of the Hanglip mountain at the Northern tip of the Waterberg Mountains. This 4-star graded luxury lodge is situated on a 1400ha private game farm and is the ideal getaway from the stresses of city life. It consists of four double luxury rooms, and is well suited for family getaways or groups of friends who want to have a great bush experience. The game farm is well stocked with plains game and guests will be able to get up close to the animals as they explore the property on foot, bicycle, or in a game vehicle. A number of mountain biking trails have been laid out for cyclists, ranging from a 10km family ride to a tougher 35km ride for the more serious rider. Guests can also fish at the lodge in one of three dams on the property. Bass up to 5kg have been caught in these dams. Horse riding can be organised on request at the Elkanah Equestrian Centre. For those guests who are keen on playing golf, the Legends Golf course is situated 12km away from the lodge. The lodge is a good overnight stop for guests travelling between Johannesburg and the Botswana border (Grobbelaar’s Brug).
