The service is outstanding and the hotel maintains a hospitable environment, guests said.

Guests liked that they were close to local cafes, shops and supermarkets. The surrounding neighbourhood was safe and quiet, and had the necessities they needed. But be warned, this is not located in central Milan and you will have to take public transportation to get there.

Although the hotel is situated in a quiet area, the noise complaints usually stemmed from within the building. Some guests commented that they could hear their neighbours flushing the toilet, watching TV and slamming the doors. They said the details of their conversations could be overheard. The sound proofing needs more work.

Some of the rooms require communal bathrooms so this means you might have to wait or deal with showers that has been used by a series of people before you. Some guests said they didn't like it, while others said they didn't have to share with too many people.

The room can get hot and stuffy in the summers. This made guests sorely miss air conditioning in their rooms.
