Hotel Rose Garden (San Jose, USA)

Guests were quite impressed by the attitude of the front desk workers. They reported that those employees had pleasant attitudes and often did more than expected to make guests feel at home in the property.

Guests appreciated this property's outdoor pool. They reported that the amenity was well maintained and very clean. Guests said the pool made their stays more refreshing, too. Rose bushes on the landscaped grounds help make the pool area even more appealing.

Guests were pleased by where this property is located. Many guests used this hotel as a stopover point before their early-departing flights. Guests who were staying for leisure reasons liked how easy it was to reach the sites of San Jose when staying here. They also thought it was nice to have a Mexican restaurant  built in the same car park as the hotel.

Guests warned that the room where breakfast is served isn't large enough to accommodate the number of occupants needing to use it. This meant guests found the lack of space to be a factor that made their breakfasts less enjoyable.

Reports from guests indicated that the soundproofing in the hotel was so poor that they could easily hear sounds that were occurring outside of their rooms. Even when guests were only having conversations at normal speaking volumes, others in the hotel were able to detect their voices.

Guests remarked that the mattresses were not comfortable because they felt lumpy. Furthermore, guests were bothered because they said the sheets didn't fit properly and kept popping off of the corners.
