Hotel Rodeway Inn & Suites Williamsburg Central (Williamsburg, USA)

The hotel is said to be in a great location near various attractions in Williamsburg. For example, it is a short driving distance from Jamestown. Guests were also able to head to various restaurants and shops near the hotel.

Many guests enjoyed the comfortable beds and pillows they had during their stay. They had a good night’s rest and were really happy with the good quality of the beds. The sheets were also nicely cleaned and fresh.

Guests were happy to have a free breakfast in the morning and felt the morning staff were nice. There were several choices including waffles and sausage. The breakfast had enough variety for most guests and was good as well. It was cooked and not pre-packaged.

Guests thought the hotel could use a bit of updating and with a little effort could look better. Things such as new paint, replacing furnishings and utilities that were outdated, would improve their customer experience. Things such as replacing lightbulbs for better lighting would help.

Guests were annoyed and unaware that there was no elevator in the premises. If they needed a ground floor room, they were not accommodated, and people that needed the elevator had a very difficult time going upstairs.

Guests felt the walls were thin because they could hear the noise coming from the next door neighbors and from the hallways. They would have liked to have more sound insulation to not be disturbed by others.
