Whilst you may be tempted to flee when you see the Rodeway Inn's run-down exterior, you may be pleasantly surprised when you enter. The interior has just been renovated with hard-wood floors and the latest flat-screen TVs and has a well-maintained feel overall.

Guests are also surprised at how immaculately clean Rodeway Inn is kept. The beds are comfortable and large and despite being centrally located, you can't hear much noise coming from the busy streets around.

The very customer-focused attitude of the manager is picked up on by many guests. He goes way beyond what is necessary to help out and ensure you have a good stay. He is very courteous and polite, setting the tone for the rest of the staff.

Although the exterior walls and windows may well be sound proofed, the interior wallsquite clearly are not. Guests frequently complain that they can hear everything going on in the rooms next to them and above them. Walking, talking, and snoring, amongst other things, disturbs their tranquility and comfort.

The amount of parking spaces available at the Rodeway Inn is severely limited and quite tight. You'll have difficulty parking a large vehicle and if you've got mobility problems, you may be fortunate to grab the single handicapped place.

Although the hotel is nice inside, the surrounding area is a bit of a worry for guests. It is not the nest neighborhood in town and there are often dodgy looking people loitering around.
