The hotel is in a great location. Bus transportation is well-organized to Hollywood and throughout the vicinity. The Americana and Glendale malls are just a few minutes away. Therefore, if you are not driving you’re in luck. Food won’t be a concern either as plenty of eating places are nearby. There’s a vending machine at the hotel as well. Kids will enjoy the Aquarium of the Pacific and the Los Angeles Zoo. Both are close to the hotel.

Your basic needs will be met as the hotel does provide the essentials. The Wi-Fi works well and the TV is quite modern with HDMI ports. Rooms are a reasonably comfortable size too.

Though the area is busy, it feels safe and the hotel appears secure.

The hotel parking is limited. If the hotel is full you may find yourself without a parking space. Moreover, there is only one parking space allowed per guest.

There are incidents of bedbugs at the hotel. The nighttime hours are their preferable eating time, therefore, you could find yourself waking up with lots of bug bites and itchy skin. Reception doesn’t appear to be much help in this area, and they probably won’t compensate you for your discomfort by offering a discount or refund.

There are old, moldy, musty smells in the hotel. You may find cracked walls and ceiling, stained linens, and an overall lack of good housekeeping.
