For exploring, the location of the hotel was a highlight for virtually all former guests. A large selection of restaurants, shops and transport links are in close proximity to the property, whilst various popular attractions such as the Palacio de Bellas Artes and Museo del Templo Mayor are within comfortable walking distance.

Previous visitors were usually thrilled with the accommodation's overall hygiene standards. The rooms, bathrooms and public spaces have often been considered really clean and well-maintained.

Despite irregular reports on the contrary, the free Wi-Fi was typically regarded to be at a good level by the majority of past guests that stayed at the hotel. The wireless Internet was usually seen as fast in completing tasks.

Although some did not have any issue with this aspect, a notable amount of past visitors were left upset about the service they received from the accommodation's staff members. Along with a supposedly limited command of English, the personnel were occasionally described as inattentive and impolite.
