Mixed service from staff
Although some did not have any issue with this aspect, a notable amount of past visitors were left upset about the service they received from the accommodation's staff members. Along with a supposedly limited command of English, the personnel were occasionally described as inattentive and impolite.
negative:
External noise an issue
According to feedback, noise can be a noticeable problem when staying at the hotel. It has been noted by previous guests that, due to the central location of the property, external noise was a natural issue - even more so for rooms directly facing the street.

Small and basic rooms
The standard of the accommodation's rooms have been disappointing for numerous former visitors. As well as some of them being labelled as small, the rooms were generally summed up as basic with a lack of amenities. In particular, the omission of air conditioning has been brought up as a negative.
