Hotel Rivertide Suites (Seaside, USA)

Just steps from the sparkling Necanicum River, the lavish Rivertide Suites offer convenient, pet-friendly and spacious accommodations within walking distance of the beach and lively downtown Seaside. The on-site pool and hot tub are relaxing and the manager's daily afternoon reception features tasty samplers and drinks in the lobby. The daily breakfast provides basic continental elements. There is even a selection of books from the local library for guests to enjoy.

Clean and comfortable suites offer plenty of space, quality amenities including fireplaces, satellite television, Jacuzzi tubs and fully-furnished kitchens with dishwashers. River-facing upper floor units are quite popular and highly recommended for their stunning views.

All departments' team members are helpful, with most outstanding customer service praises going out to the reception and managerial staff. Always available for suggestions or directions on the attractions of the area.

The Wi-fi isn't free here, which is not popular with some guests. They also felt the connectivity was either entirely non-existent from their rooms or was intermittent enough to cause them issues keeping up with work-related usage. Not a favorite with business travelers for this reason.

Parking is offered for only one car per booking; check out the available street parking carefully if you're bringing more than one vehicle. Breakfast options are sparse and repetitive. Pool time is never is never adult-only hours. The fitness area opens at 8:00 am daily, too late for some busy guests. Some felt the smoking ban was a pain, as they couldn't smoke on their balconies and had to walk to the parking lot to light up. Others appreciated this concern for their clean air.

Some disliked their rooms' cleanliness from hairs in baths to garbage on floors.
