Hotel Riverside Inn (Grants Pass, USA)

Guests were very happy with their stay at the Riverside as they loved the ambiance and decor of the rooms. Each room had a private balcony with riverside views, and they were all maintained spotlessly clean. Plus, amenities required for a comfortable stay were also available in the rooms.

Guests liked the hospitality of the hotel management and the staff. They said that, the staff had a welcoming attitude and made them feel at home. Most importantly, the staff was highly cordial and cooperative extending best customer service to the guests.

Location of the hotel is very accessible by roadways, and it is nearby from the airport as well. The area around the property is peaceful and quiet, yet it has all the conveniences nearby. There are many shopping areas and restaurants in the vicinity, plus tourist attractions were barely a minute’s walk.

The property was a bit dated and required remodeling said the guests. The carpets are shabby and unclean or even have stains on them. Overall, there was a dull look to the property giving it a feel of budget hotel.

Guests didn’t seem too pleased with the breakfast served at the hotel. They said there was lack of variety and the quantity served was also mediocre. Additionally, the breakfast was over before the official time on many days, and guests did not even get to have breakfast.

The room walls are pretty thin which make them noisy at times. There was noise coming in from neighboring rooms.
