Most guests who've stayed here have remarked that the bedrooms and communal areas are extremely well presented. Housekeeping staff work around the clock to ensure the grounds are clean and tidy, with staff working long hours to ensure that even the beach remains pristine and free of excess seaweed.

Many guests have advised that the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with large shower areas. Bedrooms are turned down daily and the balconies and terraces are also said to be a good size.

Time after time, guests at the Riu Palace Macao have raved about the beach. With its golden sands, turquoise waters and palm trees, many feel that it's just like something you would see on a postcard.

A handful of guests have commented that the Wi-Fi signal can be poor in some rooms, and disconnects every so often. That said, guests should have no issues connecting to the network from the more centralised communal areas.

Although the quality of the food is said to be second to none at the main buffet restaurants, several guests have remarked that the variety of food served from day to day did get repetitive after a while.

A few guests feel that the evening entertainment schedule could be improved, with some commenting that there isn't enough variety and some evenings the entertainment is tedious. That said, these guests do appreciate that the entertainment staff work long hours and try as hard as they can to put on a great show.
