Guests can't praise the service highly enough - they say that the staff do all they can to make you feel like a VIP during your stay. Plus, full wraparound services are offered, including private airport transportation.

Rooms are beautifully finished, offering every amenity you can think of, and then some. There are iPod docks for music lovers, espresso machines for coffee connoisseurs, and fluffy bathrobes for comfort seekers. Relax and enjoy!

While the location is convenient for many, being close to the train station and airport, for a first-time Warsaw city break, you may find that you're a bit far from the Old Town - you'll need to drive, or take the bus or metro to get there.

The made-to-order breakfasts may be high quality, but unless you're a serious foodie, you may balk at the price. Some guests prefer just stopping at a local cafe as they head out for the day.

The Wi-Fi is free, and seems to be strong throughout the hotel, but it requires a connection with the TV, which therefore has to be turned on if you want to use the internet. Guests find this a pretty strange system.
