The rooms are spacious and clean, tastefully and colourfully decorated. Couples in particular are likely to be charmed by the romantic atmosphere of the rooms. Housekeeping is provided daily and the rooms are kept very clean and tidy.

Guests reported feeling welcomed and well cared for during their visit. The food served was delicious and the breakfasts in particular were fresh, plentiful and varied.

Some guests reported that there is a curtain rather than a door separating the bathroom and bedroom area. Some guests found this unusual, though it was not reported as a significant problem.

Some guests experienced difficulty in finding the hotel, although this is not unusual particularly the first time that you visit the Medina. To avoid getting lost, guests recommended arranging an airport pick up.

The owners of this establishment speak English, Arabic and French. Some English-speaking guests however had difficulties communicating with non-English speaking staff when the owners were not available.
