Hotel Riad Anjar (Marrakech, Morocco)

Guests enjoyed the particular care that was taken to decorate the hotel and the stylish finishings. They enjoyed staying at a place that mirrored the country they were visiting. The hotel was a beautiful place to stay in and enjoy the area.

The staff were thought to be friendly and kind by guests who stayed here. The staff gave them tips of the area and useful information. They arranged for tours and transportation which greatly helped take out the stress of organizing.

The hotel is located in the centre of the Medina and is therefore a strategic location to explore the area. They were able to enjoy their stay since most of the attractions were close by. They could sightsee and get to the hotel within a reasonable time.

Guests felt the heaters in the rooms were not working well during their stay. It was cold in the rooms and the heater did not do a good job of warming the rooms. This felt a bit uncomfortable.

The Wi-Fi was found to not work well in certain rooms and areas. The guests would have preferred to have a signal throughout the hotel but this was not the case at times.

So far, no recent negative opinion has been expressed by guests about this hotel.
