Hotel Residencial Castromira I (Lisbon, Portugal)

Guests of Residencial Castromira I were impressed with the close proximity of the property to the subway station, fabulous city centre, great restaurants, various souvenir shops, and almost everything you need to visit in Lisbon. Moreover, the residence's location is only within a short walking distance from all major establishments.

Most guests were pleased with the quality of cleanliness, comfortable beds and mattresses, and the modern design of the hotel rooms. Each room is also quite spacious which provide enough space for the guests' entire luggage.

Despite not being fluent in the English language, guests appreciated the quality of service that the staff demonstrated. The staff will willingly provide assistance in booking cabs from the establishment to the airport, and will do whatever it takes to help cater the needs of the guests.

Most guests are disappointed with the slow and limited Internet access within the residence. Wi-Fi is only available at the living room area or lobby but not inside the rooms which caused intense exasperation for most guests.

The high level of traffic and street noise especially during the night made the guests irritated. Furthermore, the loud chatting and yelling from the streets as well as the noise from the public trams that operate within 24 hours are intolerable so the guests couldn't sleep soundly at night.

Some guests have issues with the lack of enough wall sockets available inside the rooms. There is only one socket within the room and one outlet inside the bathroom, which makes it hard for the guests to charge their phones or gadgets.
