Convenient to the Interstate with major chain restaurants just a short walk or drive away, Residence Inn Tallahassee North I-10.Capital Circle was well located for most guests.

Guests were overwhelmingly impressed by the staff at this hotel, in fact the high quality of service was one of the things most frequently mentioned. From the front desk receptionist to housekeepers, staff were described as extremely well trained, very  friendly and helpful and willing to take the extra step to assure a comfortable stay.

Clean, comfortable and well appointed rooms at an affordable price were exactly what most guests said they found at this hotel. Some compared the quality of the accommodations and amenities, such as an indoor pool and gym, with similar hotels charging higher prices but offering less value.

All night traffic noise from the nearby Interstate was the most frequently reported complaint by guests at this hotel, particularly those with rooms facing the highway. Some guests said if they stayed again, they would requests rooms on the opposite side of the hotel.

There were reports of noisy refrigerators and air-conditioning units and some guests complained that this resulted in a less than restful night’s sleep.

This is an older hotel and, according to some guests, could benefit from an update. Furniture was described by some as worn and faded, others found the pillows flat and overdue for retirement.
