Perfect for long term stay
Guests say that the Residence Inn Melbourne in Melbourne, USA, is perfect for a long term stay. It is close to the airport and hospital. A Publix supermarket across the street and a pizza place next door make it handy for guests for their dining needs. Guests find that the Bagel 13, also across the street, is perfect for breakfast.

Great customer service and amenities
Guests say that the customer service at the hotel is awesome. The free snacks and drinks served on most evenings and the free breakfast is much appreciated. The parking is another excellent feature at the hotel as it is ample with space all around the building.

Negative Reviews
negative:
Average gym and laundry facilities; unclean pool
The gym facilities are average. Guests say that there are about five pieces of equipment with three of them being the same. Laundry facilities are not too great either say guests. The pool could have been cleaner as guests noticed a lot of mulch.
negative:
Bathroom doors are inconveniently placed
The bathroom doors in the one-bedroom suites pull in, which creates a need to climb around the door when getting out of the shower. Guests say that this is rather inconvenient. The bed mattresses are also hard and uncomfortable for most guests.
negative:
Breakfast issues
Breakfast is limited with not much choice and not enough of it either. Guests say that the hotel is not equipped either with enough food and space or appliances to cater to the large crowd at breakfast time.
