The staff members were thought to be friendly and professional by many guests. Many mentioned they went above and beyond what they are used to by helping guests in a friendly manner. They also helped guests with local advice of the area.

Many guests were happy with the clean environment that the hotel presented. The common areas such as the fitness room and restaurant was kept nice and clean. Guests also liked to have their rooms and bathrooms in a clean state throughout their stay.

Most guests enjoyed the free shuttle bus available to the airport and train station. It was a convenient alternative to these sites that is free. Guests did not have to worry about paying for a taxi. They were also within a short distance from these places.

The location did not have much to offer to guests who did not enjoy being a bit far from the city. It was also close to a highway and there was not much in terms of restaurants and shops nearby. The views were not necessarily scenic.

The rooms were found to be loud by guests who had neighbors above or next door. The noise was too much to ignore of people walking back and forth, furniture moving around and people talking next door. They felt there was little to no insulation.
