This hotel's surrounds are impressive. While the beautifully manicured gardens are stellar, it's the property's pool area - or rather, areas - that really gets visitors talking. Twisting through the grounds in a sparkling, azure chain, many feel that these pools are the heart and soul of this hotel. There are plenty of loungers here, but as if these weren't enough, this hotel also boasts its own private beach just steps away from the property.

Despite this being a high-capacity resort, the vast majority of guests report that the overall atmosphere is calm, peaceful and quiet. Additionally, the staff here - especially the concierge and reception team - are helpful and friendly, with guests reporting warm welcomes and prompt assistance.

Guests can opt for half-board at this resort, with a choice of either breakfast or dinner. While the dinner menu is good, breakfast here appears to be the guest favourite in terms of quality and quantity of offerings.

Some - especially long-staying guests - found the nightly piano bar to be slightly repetitive. Saying this, many would have appreciated wider entertainment options.

While many felt the food menu represented value for money, some noted that the drinks were on the pricier side.

Finally, while this resort's grounds were impressive and rooms were solid, a number noted that some areas - the gym in particular - are in need of a bit of TLC.
