According to many visitors to Regency Inn, there are so many cockroaches in the rooms and in the hallways, along with a strong smell of insect poison. Visitors were left dodging these bugs that were crawling up the walls, as well as in the bathroom.

Guests reported many loiterers in the hallways, arguing couples, non-guests coming and going during the day and night, and a general uneasy vibe about this hotel. Most visitors said they felt unsafe and asked for a refund and checked-out.

Be careful when you take a shower at Regency Inn in Valdosa if you don't want to be taking a bath instead. Guests found that the tub they were standing in during the shower started to fill up with dark brown water, and didn't drain until much later.
