Red Roof Inn Ontario Airport has good basic rooms with comfortable in-room amenities such as a microwave and fridge, which guests found to be convenient. The hotel pool and the Jacuzzi were good too, said guests.

Many guests thought that the budget hotel is very good value for money. The friendly and helpful service, hotel shuttle, the breakfast, the location and the amenities provided by the hotel add up to great value and many guests said that they would be returning to this property at a later date.

Several guests recommended the hotel's location near the convention center.  Ample free parking available onsite is another plus point for guests, including those with trucks.

Red Roof Inn Ontario Airport is described by several guests as more of a place for truckers to stay. It is described as being better for those visiting on business and as less suitable for holiday makers.

Many guests had complaints about the bathroom fixtures, stained sheets and beddings, unclean towels and carpets that needed vacuuming.  A strange odor in the hotel, peeling paint in the hallways and broken ACs were some other issues reported. Guests also thought that the rooms and bathrooms needed renovations.

Guests complained about the hotel shuttle being unavailable or late at times. The noise of airplanes, trains and truck honking was disturbing said guests. The area is not the safest and most secure of places said reviews.
