Hotel Red Roof Inn Charlotte - Airport (Charlotte, USA)

Since the Charlotte International Airport is very close to the inn, most of the guests preferred this place, especially for overnight stays. The short distance was an added advantage for guests who had late night arrival and early morning departure flights. Moreover, the airport shuttle service provided by the inn made it very convenient to commute without getting into the hassle of pre-booking a cab.

Most of the guests found the staff members to be very accommodating and friendly. They never hesitated in solving any of the concerns shared by the guests at any hour of the day. The friendly attitude and polite gestures of the staff members was one of the major factors in making their stay very comfortable.

Majority of the guests agreed to the fact that the place was very reasonable for the price that they paid. It is an ideal place for the budget traveler who would like to see the places around during the day and have a good nights' rest at night.

Some of the guests felt that the entire inn looked very tired and was in a dire need of a renovation. Wallpapers were coming of in some of the rooms, and carpets were dirty and old.

The Wi-Fi connection was very weak and kept disconnecting time and again. Few guests felt that having a free but erratic Wi-Fi signal was of no use at all.

There were many cockroaches and giant beetles found in the rooms by a few guests. This was not a very pleasant sight and experience at all, leaving them horrified.
