Negative Reviews
negative:
You feel really sorry for the staff
Staff here do not stand a chance as they work like crazy trying to cover up the hotel's massive flaws. The place needs to be closed and all areas fumigated before a complete redevelopment takes place. It's that bad! Whilst you feel sorry for staff, it's clear that the mysteries of check in procedures haven't been revealed to them. The process takes forever, before you even hit the room ... + that's where the big problems start!
negative:
Indescribably bad rooms.
Broken furniture, dirty carpets and rugs, peeling (unappealing!) wallpaper and threadbare bedding with holes. In this situation, it comes as no surprise to learn that the WiFi doesn't work. Smoke detectors don't work either and air conditioning is on the verge of giving up completely. The place is a disaster.
negative:
It's a ball for the bed bugs.
Bed bugs rule here OK. They are all over the place. Staff members are sympathetic but any request for a justifiable discount or refund falls on deaf ears.
