Convenience all round
Most travellers felt this was the ideal accommodation to stay in Shanghai. You will find the MRT within a short walk, and the Sun Moon Plaza directly above it for convenient access to all the shopping needs you may have. And to round it off, this is also a tourist conservation area.

Negative Reviews
negative:
Facilities a bit dated
Don't expect first class, elegant facilities here. Many guests felt the entrance, along with the furniture needed a bit of a overhaul. Fixtures were starting to look a little tatty, and guests also reported mould building up in the kitchens and bathrooms.
negative:
Unwelcome visitors
There have been several guests who found cockroaches, bedbugs, and other creepy crawlers in the rooms. Guests complained to the front desk who tried on most occasions to offer a room change. Nonetheless, you may want to bring along a can of bug spray next time .
negative:
Wi-Fi is frustrating
Although the Wi-Fi is advertised as free of charge, the service is pretty bad. Guests who are here on a long stay basis said they were unable to make use of the Wi-Fi most of the time because of the weak Internet signal.
