Those who had a little extra time enjoyed the nice facilities the hotel offers its guests including the pool and the hot tub, as well as the fitness area and laundry facilities. Guests are able to relax in the water, exercise or wash their clothing.

Guests were impressed that the customer service skills by the staff were pleasantly friendly. There were occasions when guests found out the owner drove the airport shuttle and had a nice conversation. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and different issues were resolved in due time.

The breakfast in the morning offered here was thought to be a joke by some. These guests even suggest to eat elsewhere and found the dining room to be freezing. The items were not plenty and were not fulfilling enough for guests to move on with their day.

Some guests found that their furnishings were in really bad shape and that their bathrooms were messy rather than clean. For example, some described the mattress to be more than two decades old with stains and holes in it. The bathroom had mold in the shower and in hard to reach areas. Some guests decided to leave based on the state of their rooms.

The toilets were clogged for some guests while the air-conditioning was really loud and was not helping to cool the room. The faucets dripped and there were occasions when the hot water didn't work, which was a disappointment for these guests.
