Guests say the pool, pool area and fitness center at this property are in excellent condition. The pool water is sparkling clean, warm, and pleasant to swim in while the gym features modern equipment. Further, guests have reported that the staff at this hotel is very friendly and helpful.

Some guests have complained of being booked into rooms that had glaring housekeeping shortcomings including dirty carpets, dirty bathrooms, stains on the furniture, cobwebs, dirty beddings, and bugs including spiders, roaches, and mosquitoes.
