Ramada Tempe at Arizona Mills Mall is very easy to find as it is located just off a main highway. Guests also reported that the hotel is very central with many restaurants and shops located within walking distance.

Guests reported that the guest rooms have recently been remodeled to feature more space to move around and very comfortable beds and modern furnishings. Guests also reported the rooms are spotlessly clean. .

Guests reported being charged extra fees but staff would not provide an answer as to why. Other guests reported that staff entered their room and went through their personal belongings but would not provide a reason as to why they did that. Other issues with staff include cleaning staff who don't show up to clean rooms for days at a time and staff who aren't knowledgeable and can't resolve issues. .
