Hotel Ramada by Wyndham Provo (Provo, USA)

Guests in the King suites seemed especially happy. They praised the designers for both the spaciousness of the room, as well as the fact that it was furnished with an actual two person sofa, rather than just an armchair or two.

Even guests who mentioned other issues they had with the hotel, often had at least a few kind words for housekeeping. They felt that both the rooms and the public areas of the hotel were kept both clean and neat during the course of their stay.

Guests, even those who were not avid shoppers, clearly liked being right opposite this mall, one of Provo's biggest. They simply found it very convenient to be able to dash over there and get whatever it was they were looking for.

While reviews of the food itself were mixed, a number of guests mentioned that the breakfast room was clearly too small. Even when the hotel was not full the room would not be able to accommodate the number of guests that wished to have breakfast at any one time.

Although the building is only two stories high, some did miss having an elevator handy. They felt it was a bit of a pain to have to walk up and down the flight of stairs multiple times a day, especially if they had a mobility issue of some kind.

An extraordinary number of guests in the standard rooms mentioned that the bathrooms were very small indeed. They were too small to really hold much by way of toiletries and such and many felt they were uncomfortable to use.
