Clean accommodation, surprisingly chic lobby
By all accounts, this hotel is well-maintained. Guests here commented very positively on the cleanliness of these rooms as well as the comfortable beds. Additionally, many also found the lobby to be tastefully decorated and well-lit.

Good location
Despite being located just off of I-95, this hotel is very quiet and guests reported no disturbance from passing traffic. Many also commented that the property is ideally situated for nearby shopping and restaurants - especially for The Avenues - as well as for local beaches and Jacksonville's airport. Business travelers in particular found this site to be especially handy, as did those heading to or from St. Augustine.

Given its location and the quality of stay it offers, many visitors felt that this basic hotel represented very good value for money. Staff here are noted not just for the warm welcome they give, but for their pro-active attitude to any issues that may arise during a guest's stay. Be it curdled milk at the breakfast bar or shower issues, staff at this Ramada location work to rectify problems as swiftly as possible.

There are inconsistent reports on the breakfast here. Some visitors seem to be more than happy with the quality of the menu, but a fair few others reported missing items and hit-or-miss service from breakfast staff.

A fair number of also voiced their concerns regarding beggars and panhandlers disturbing guests just outside of the entrance of this hotel.
