Hotel Ramada by Wyndham Bali Sunset Road Kuta (Kuta, Indonesia)

If you enjoy swimming, you will be happy to know that there were a number of positive comments about the hotel's two pool areas, primarily, the rooftop pool area. People said they enjoyed watching sunsets from the top of the building as well.

For the most part, guests said they thought their rooms were spacious and featured several nice amenities. Guests also appreciated having the complimentary shuttle services to the beach.

Though not everyone may have been in agreement, several people said they found staff members to be friendly.

There were several complaints revolving around issues at check-in. Some people had problems being let into their rooms and had to wait awhile; other guests said their bookings could not be found at check-in. Visitors should call in advance to confirm their bookings.

A number of people said that they felt the hotel could use better updating and maintenance, as well as cleaning. Issues cited included dirty bathroom areas, dirty tubs in the spa, stained towels and bed linens and lack of general routine maintenance.

It was mentioned there were a lot of mosquitoes on the property. Some people complained about bugs in their rooms. There were also negative remarks related to the fact that the hotel sits along a very busy street, which can become quite chaotic and noisy at times.
