The free on site parking is well appreciated, and the easy access to many of the major motorways (M6, M42, M54 and M6 Toll) make it an ideal stopover for guests looking to break up a long car trip. Some room for improvement in housekeeping...
While many guests were pleased with the condition of their rooms, as many arrived to find that their room had not been cleaned as thoroughly as it might have been. Infrequent vacuuming, limescale in the kettle, and insufficiently laundered linens seem to be the most common issues, though some also report dust and maintenance concerns.
negative:
Technical difficulties...
Several guests found the free Wi-Fi connection too slow for their purposes, and that the was no opportunity to upgrade to a faster service.
negative:
Small bathrooms...
Some guests find the bathrooms a little too small for comfort, noting it is necessary to close the door to see the walk-in shower.
