Hotel Raizzy's Guesthouse (Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia)

The staff members are motivated and superb in their service delivery. They all work in harmony and there seems to be a good understanding between them. They are very quick and professional when responding to any issue or compliant that a guest may have.

Guests were very pleased that the hotel has affordable room rates. Basic necessities are provided in each room and guests will receive exactly what they pay for. Compared to similar hotels in the area, many felt that the hotel offered good value for money.

The hotel is situated near many eateries and shops in the area to cater for a wide variety of tastes. As it is well situated in the city, there are a lot of attractions within an easy walking distance of the hotel.

The hotel's wireless internet connection kept dropping in rooms. The upper floor rooms were mostly affected as they didn't receive the Wi-Fi signal. You could only get a better signal at the reception area.

Quite a number of guests were dissatisfied with the hotel's lighting. The corridors and rooms were seen to be dark even during the day as they did not receive much natural light and this created the perception of a gloomy interior.
