About Quintana Roo National Park Campground
Set in the heart of the jungle, Quintana Roo National Park Campground offers unique accommodation options for those looking to explore nature. The campground is located at the head of a hiking trail, 7.5 miles from the Mayan village of Francisco Uh May.
The campground features two-person tents with air mattresses and a palapa (thatched house) with rustic guestrooms. Guests can also use their own tent and camping equipment. A shower with hot water and toilet facilities are available on-site.
An outdoor pool, which sources water from an underground cenote, is located on-site, while guests can take a load off in one of the tree-mounted hammocks. Parking and bike hire are offered free of charge.
Consisting of freshly-picked fruit and eggs, breakfast is provide free each day. Guests can also enjoy a home-cooked lunch and dinner for an additional surcharge.
Quintana Roo National Park Campground is approximately 20 miles from the famed Mayan ruins at Tulum.

Many are surprised and impressed with the site's D.I.Y. approach to electricity generation and farming, while just about everybody loves the peace and sanctity that comes with being away from the hustle and bustle of daily life.
