You'll find easy access to the freeway, making travel around the Lansing area a breeze. Rooms are very old and dated, and in need of a refurbishment. The plumbing is bad with toilets that don't always flush, showers slow to drain, and sinks slow to drain as well. Bathrooms seem to have a moldy smell to them. Rooms feel much worn down. Walls are quite thin, so you can hear people all around you.

Guests report that the Wi-Fi signal is virtually non-existent. It's almost impossible to get a signal in the room, and even the signal in the lobby is extremely slow. Guests say that speeds are worse than even dial-up.

Guests say the cooling/heating unit is not controllable via the thermostat. It's set to air conditioning in summer and heat in winter and only the hotel can switch it. Guests say it's likely to be either really hot or really cold, depending on the time of year, with very little in between comfortable temperature.
