Positive Reviews
positive:
Great customer service
The staff at reception makes a friendly and helpful impression. They often go above expected assistance to provide excellent customer service, such as taking requests for the breakfast buffet and changing rooms choices based on needs, rather than only abiding by booking rules.
positive:
Great spot for short stops
The hotel is ideally located for busy travelers. It is just off two interstates and is convenient to the Vancouver and Portland areas. It's close to many restaurants and makes for a great quick stop on a long trip.
positive:
All this for a great price
The rooms are spacious and comfortable, plus they are modernized with updated decor and features. The pool and hot tub make for a nice addition to the stay. The free breakfast is delicious and has many offerings. It's hard to believe all these features come at such a great price.

Pinching pennies
At this hotel, it is plain to see that an economy choice equals an economy stay. Many of the common areas and room decor features need upgrading to fit the standards of a Quality Inn. While there have been many name changes, all the fixtures and features haven't kept up.
negative:
You're hoofing it
There is no elevator at this hotel, although they have rooms on upper floors. For those who have trouble with stairs or can't carry heavy luggage, this might causes a problem as there is no busboy or luggage assistance.
negative:
It's feeling the age
The hotel building is not brand new, although the name might be. The building is feeling its age with quirky bathroom fixtures and thin walls where all conversations can be heard. The WiFi stream is thin as well, which will be problematic for those who need the service for work.
