Days Inn Suites Round Rock hotel staff offer friendly and personal service throughout. Front desk staff are very approachable and generally take care of any issues quickly and with a positive attitude. The rest of the hotel staff, including cleaning personnel and the ladies at the breakfast room are very helpful and friendly.

Guest rooms are quite spacious considering the budget-friendly nature of the hotel. The spaces are clean and the beds are comfortable and should appeal to the majority of sleeping preferences. Rooms have been updated and the range of amenities also adds a great deal to the overall value of the accommodation.

Days Inn Suites Round Rock breakfast room features large picture windows which allow in a lot of light. The space is very clean including the buffet display areas. Breakfast options are also good with plenty of choices available.

The onsite parking is somewhat limited in size which can make it rather tricky for travelers with larger vehicles such as trucks and recreational vehicles to maneuver through the parking with ease.

While the hotel shower water pressure is generally quite good, there some issues with the plumbing which is quite old.  Basins and tubs drain quite slowly and some showers also lose hot water without warning when other guest turn on their water.

Room walls are quite thin and it is easy to hear guests in neighboring rooms use their television sets, listen to music and so on. Rooms also face the parking lot which can add to the overall noise, as can other guests passing along the corridor.
