Hotel Quality Inn & Suites Maggie Valley - Cherokee Area (Maggie Valley, USA)

Many guests said that they would recommend the Microtel Inn & Suites By Wyndham Maggie Valley for its amazing location. The town has an abundance of little shops and a Mast General Store which guests said is a must to visit. They appreciated Joe's Pancake House and said it was tremendous. Guests find it very convenient to visit the Maggie Valley for the Wheels Through Time Motorcycle Museum which they said is simply wonderful and not to be missed.

Guests traveling with pets said that the pet friendly policy of the hotel was great. Even though the hotel accepts pets in some rooms, they said they did not detect any offending odor. The guests also liked the hot tub and indoor pool of the hotel and said that children especially were able to enjoy them.

The rooms were nice and guests said that they liked that the sitting area and sleeping area were separate. They also like the provision of fridge, microwave and a small sink.

Many guests said that the Check-in was not prompt and guests were made to wait for a long time before being allotted a room. Guests could see many open rooms cleaned and ready to be occupied and it was a needless wait they were subjected to.

Guests said that the room where the free continental breakfast was served was so small that they could hardly get to the food. So many guests passed and did not have breakfast.

Several guests remarked that the amenities of the hotel were in short supply. There was only a single bar of soap provided and no lotion. There was no cream or sugar for the coffee as well. Some guests found the towels provided hard and rough.
