The majority of guests have found the staff at this hotel is friendly and approachable. There are some exceptions but on the whole, guests have found the staff happy to at least try to resolve any issues brought to their attention.

Guests are typically satisfied with the standard of the pool, describing it as clean and offering a comfortable water temperature. The pool room itself doesn’t appear to have been updated in quite some time but if you can get past the cosmetic appearance of the room, you should find this amenity enjoyable.

Although upgrades do appear to be taking place, guests have reported multiple maintenance related issues. These include badly stained carpets, chipped paint, peeling wallpaper, and broken furniture and fixtures. Maintenance work that is completed seems to be done so to a poor standard.

Reviews reveal that there are long-term issues with the hot tub at this hotel. In fact, it seems to break down so frequently that you probably shouldn;t expect to have access to this facility during your stay.

Previous guests have not always enjoyed a peaceful stay here. Poor soundproofing against noise from adjacent rooms and the hallways coupled with rowdy guests might mean that you end up going without a good night’s sleep.
