Guests are reasonably satisfied with the standard and range of the breakfast overall. You get a good enough selection of hot and cold food – including waffles, eggs, sausages etc. - and the buffet is restocked regularly.

If you're looking for an economical stay to stop over for a night and nothing more, you may be satisfied with this hotel. The rates are competitive and whilst the hotel is nothing special, the rooms are comfortable enough and of an average size.

The hotel is nicely situated near shops, restaurants and the casino. Guests also appreciate the access from the nearby I-95.

An abnormally high amount of guests comment that they thought they had booked a non-smoking room only to discover that they were placed in a smoking room. However, it is not just the smoking rooms that reek of tobacco, the whole hotel seems to – including the non-smoking rooms. Many guests find this to be deplorable and very off-putting.

Guests don't think that the housekeeping staff show a lot of pride in their work. The rooms are in a filthy state – particularly the bathrooms, which are unclean and often full of mold. Guests complain of stained sheets, trash left from previous guests and, worst of all, a lingering musty, moldy or simply plain nasty odor in the air.

Guests feel the old hotel is looking a bit past its sell-by date with dated furniture. Even if the place is relatively well maintained in general, this feeling impacts on your overall experience and impression of the hotel.
