Hotel Quality Inn Ocean Palms Goa (Calangute, India)

The hotel is only a few minutes' walk to Calangute beach and a fifteen minute walk to Bagga beach and the proximity to the beaches in Goa featured across a number of reviews as the highlight of guest trips.

The staff at the hotel rated highly across a number of reviews with many comments mentioning how positive this attitudes of staff were, who it seems were genuinely interested in doing a great job to help out guests.

A number of reviewers specifically stayed in rooms which were facing the pool and were on higher floors which included spacious balconies overlooking the surrounding area. These reviews recommended to future guests to request these rooms as they were the best on the property.

Some guests encountered a few issues during their stay such as minor maintenance matters and dirty rooms or furniture which lead them to leave comments, that whilst sound the hotel did not rate as highly as the four stars that it has received.

Some reviewers thought the that food at the hotel was average at best commenting that they thought there was a limited selection, furthermore what was provided was very standard fair, which led them to look elsewhere for their daily meals.

Whilst many previous guests to the hotel were happy to be provided with free Wi-Fi, their expectation that it could handle more than basic funcitons led to a number of comments about its speed and reliability which left them feeling a bit frustrated.
