Delightful on-site restaurant food
Previous admired taste of food prepared by the chef. The chef's freshly cooked breakfast and specially-made dessert was outstanding. The restaurant also offered wide selection of food choices which was extremely enjoyed by the guests.

Due to its central location in Adelaide's commercial district, guests are able to visit different places within the area conveniently. The property is just a short walking distance from the Adelaide Oval, transport systems, various restaurants, shopping areas, cinemas, and pubs.

Spacious and well-equipped rooms
Rooms are spacious, clean, and well-kept which has its own mini fridge, relaxing couch, and tea and coffee making facilities. The huge rooms are not just well-designed according to guests, but are also comfortable enough and provided large space for bags or luggage.

Poor water heating system
Most guests complained about the poor water pressure and the defective water heating system. The water heater could not manually be controlled, and the hot water temperature was inadequate so they had to suffer cold water temperature most of the time. Moreover, the water pressure, especially in the morning, was not warm enough.

No manual controls for air-conditioning system
The lack of manual controls for the air-conditioning systems inside the rooms was disappointing! It was controlled only from the reception area so guests had no choice but to either put extra blankets during cold nights, or get fearful that it might go off anytime especially during hot seasons, which were very uncomfortable.

Limited parking slots
Guests were disappointed with the insufficient parking space on-site. Some had to leave the property for a while to travel or dine out had difficulty getting parking slots when they got back. The car park provided for guests were quite tight and limited!
