Old But Going Strong
The hotel has had its past glory, but they do the best with what they have. It's not in pristine condition; however the rooms are large, you get a nice view from the balcony, beds are considerably comfortable, the location is right off I-15, and it's easy to find right near the falls.

Take A Stroll Through The Hood
Walk out the door of the hotel and you are right across from the Falls. You will also find a lovely park to enjoy. Take a short stroll across the bridge and you are in the historic downtown region. There are plenty of good restaurants in the neighborhood as well.

It Is What It Is
The breakfast is basic, no proteins, but it will do. Waffles, toast, yogurts, cereal, coffee, most of the fundamentals of a continental breakfast. Still, it's free and will give you a good start to your day.

Lack Of Handicap Parking
If you are handicapped or have someone with you with a disability, you may find parking at the hotel inconvenient.

Are We At The Gym?
The staff's attire appears unprofessional. It's better for the gym or something close to it. It would not be surprising to see a staff member on the job in their house slippers! Doesn't work for a professional establishment.

The Inside Is A "Little" Better Than The Outside
The outside of the building is a little rough around the edges. You may very well find badly chipped paint, cobwebs galore with an abundance of edibles for a hungry spider, untidy grounds, and overall unattractiveness. Though the inside fairs a little better than the outside, you may sill incur stains on the furnishings, poorly fitted linens, and doors falling off hinges. An update is badly needed; however, you may find the bathroom updated in some rooms.
