Because of its location, the hotel attracts high numbers of business people and construction workers. That's good for everyone else because they need to make an early start - so no late night revelry! The hotel is conveniently located on the main street and close to the park and a public swimming pool.
Rooms are generous in size and quite clean. Beds are really comfortable and the pillows are .. a dream!
They are so friendly and helpful. You can't help feeling that, sometimes, they are 'paddling against a current of increasing pressures and problems' - but they do it very effectively.
There's not a 'lot' of parking available and spaces are as rare as hens' teeth. Not enough spaces for the number of guests. On the topic of 'starvation'; breakfast is somewhat lacking in choice and quantity. Stomachs may remain empty, then .. unlike that car park.
Beds are good and comfortable but they are noticeably high off the ground. You don't need to be one of Snow White's little friends to be somewhat disturbed by this. High living, though, doesn't extend to carpets that could benefit from a thorough clean. If 'grumpy', you'll also note there's no elevator and untold problems with key access to the room.
The TV has a noticeable absence of channels and there's no 'guide' supplied to identify the ones that exist..
