One of the things that this hotel has going for it is where it's situated. Visitors remarked that if you're looking for a hotel that is centrally located to most of the attractions around Niagara Falls including Clifton Hill, many of the attractions are within walking distance, which makes this hotel a fine base camp.

Visitors remarked that this hotel could really use a serious refurbishing. Visitors cited issues such as crack wash basins, stained bathtubs, peeling ceilings, AC that doesn't cool properly, broken doors and water issues. In short, the hotel is in desperate need of a modern makeover.
