Hotel Quality Inn Airport - Near Uptown (Charlotte, USA)

Guests were impressed with the quality of the mattresses, which was clean, sufficient in size, and comfortable. Despite being basic, guests were still able to enjoy their stay and get plenty of rest due to the reasonably priced rooms with satisfying mattress.

The wide selection of television channels offered within the hotel made the guests satisfied. Guests even expressed that they were able to watch their favorite shows without any hassle compared to other competitors who lack certain channels.

The Wi-Fi worked properly for the guests, even inside the rooms! The free Wi-Fi connection was a big help for the guests especially for those budget travelers. They were able to connect and browse properly, and did not have any technical issue.

Most guests were disappointed with the foul odor within the whole room and filthy bathroom area. The tables and chairs as well as other room equipment need to be replaced. The rooms especially the bathroom area needs to be renovated according to most guests.

Due to the lack of variety, most guests were displeased with the quality of the breakfast. There was poor variety and the choices were pretty limited. They also do not serve unlimited coffee and the complimentary breakfast only consists of cold cereal and some toasts. Guests can checkout nearby restaurants though, such as Mac’s Speed Shop.

The guests were quite dismayed by the negative attitude and unfriendly assistance of the staff. A number of staffs did not know how to handle issues and special requests properly and they did not make an effort to please the guests.
