Hotel Quality Centre Del Mon (Perpignan, France)

The hotel is very well appointed. The fittings and furnishings are well kept and the art blends in with the general decor in the hotel. Bathrooms have excellent power showers and are sufficiently roomy. Guests were pleased with the well soundproofed rooms overlooking the train track.

Although the hotel provides parking at an additional cost, guests thought it was very convenient and worth it as the spaces are many and well secured.  You don't have to worry about your car while at the hotel.

Guests who check in at the hotel are greeted with jovial, cheerful and the ever smiling staff. This creates a friendly environment where guests do not hesitate to make their complaints and requests known. All matters are handled speedily and with great competence.

A few guests have complained about the air conditioning. Some thought the unit was defective and not performing as expected. Others were very dissatisfied with the temperature controls, especially during the periods when the weather became very hot.

A number of guests have complained about the lack of security in the area especially after dark. Some common complaints were the suspicious looking people hanging around the street and the somewhat unsanitary surroundings.

A few guests raised concerns about the state of the bathrooms. Some guests have complained about shower partitions that lead to water spreading to other areas in the bathroom when you're taking a shower.
