Hotel Puri Sunia Resort (Ubud, Indonesia)

Guests loved the calm resort with beautiful outdoor areas and felt the whole resort was very calming.  Downtown Ubud is a fifteen minute drive away and guests used the free shuttle service to get to town.

Guests enjoyed the individual decor and high end furniture in the rooms. They felt they were very well appointed and spacious. Air conditioning worked well for them. Cleanliness was not an issue. The beds have been described as comfortable and guests loved the deep soaking bath tub to relax after a day of exploring.

Guests felt they received excellent customer service at this resort. The staff is friendly and attentive. You can book many free activities with them. English is spoken well. The service at the restaurant has received good reviews as well. Guests enjoyed the feeling that they could rely on the staff to help them with any service requests.

Guests had trouble with the Wi-Fi connection and often got kicked out of the network. They found the free Wi-Fi not very reliable.

Guests who stayed here found the food to be of good quality, but felt that it was slightly overpriced. As you are a bit out of the way from town there is not much to chose from in the immediate neighbourhood and you might to get a taxi if you want to eat somewhere else.

Some guests complained of insects and mosquitos on the grounds and occasionally some in the rooms. This is however an occurrence that is quite normal in Bali and hard for the resort to control. Pack plenty of insect repellent and you should be fine.
