Negative Reviews
negative:
Slightly too far to the centre
While it was good for both to Uffizi and Ponte Vecchio, those
returning to Florence felt that - in comparison to some of the area's other
hotels - this particular property was set too far out of the city to allow
guests to tackle central Florence on foot.
negative:
Dated appearance, small rooms
There's no doubt that the overall service experience here was good, but some were taken aback by this hotel's dated appearance. Additionally, some felt that the rooms themselves - and the bathrooms in particular - were rather small.
negative:
Noise an issue
Finally, a number of guests reported that noise from the hotel's internal corridors was an issue here.
