Hotel Portbeg Holiday Homes At Donegal Bay (Bundoran, Ireland)

Guests seemed very pleased to be able to report that the houses were exceptionally well equipped, both the kitchen and the rest of the house. They were perhaps used to some other holiday places that also claimed this, but then ended up having a spatula and broken frying pan as the only cooking implements.

Again and again guests expressed their astonishment at how spacious their house was. It was said that the resort does not cram guests in, by claiming that more people can occupy a unit than can really do so comfortably.

While there were a couple of guests who thought it was a bit far, the majority certainly felt close enough to Bundoran not to feel as like  it was an epic journey each time they wanted to zip down there. It is about a mile away, so perhaps too far to walk repeatedly, but most guests seemed to be using their cars in any event.

Though there weren't a lot of complaints about the temperature, it was reported that there was no way to control the temperature from within the house. It was all centrally controlled.

While this wasn't a very common complaint, some guests did say that there were only a limited number of TV channels available, and that they sometimes found it hard to find a program they wanted to watch.

A number of guests mentioned that the water pressure was quite low, resulting in showers that were more a slow dribbling of water than an actual shower. They would have appreciated the installation of power showers.
